ALBANY, Calif. - Sept. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- A good product backlog is at the heart of any well-functioning agile team. A good product backlog does not automatically ensure good software. However, the lack of a good product backlog often results in incomplete software that does not meet the requirements of customers and stakeholders. The most effective product teams can demonstrate how their prioritization supports larger business priorities (and when the business priorities aren’t clear, these teams clarify them!).

Amy Lightholder was the featured guest on the Global Product Management Talk broadcast with host, Cindy F. Solomon on Monday, September 30, 2013. You can listen to the broadcast at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/prodmgmttalk/2013/09/30/amy-lightholder-agile-coach-on-prioritization-1

Amy says, "I’ve chosen a career in Agile for the same reason I was attracted to the scientific method: it provides an effective and flexible framework for solving problems, I’ve seen it make a dramatic difference in the quality of human life, and I have plenty of hands-on experience to demonstrate that it really does work. I'm delighted to discuss this on the Global Product Management Talk."
