ALBANY, Calif. - Sept. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Actuation Consulting conducted the third annual global study of product teams with the goal of continuously improving our understanding of why some product teams excel while others struggle.

"We also sought to expand our knowledge of the factors that drive or influence the best outcomes," states Greg Geracie, President of Actuation Consulting, that has conducted the study of Product Team Performance for the past 3 years.

This survey is unique in that it receives support from a constellation of industry associations and market players – groups that generally don’t collaborate on such endeavors.

About Greg Geracie
Greg Geracie is the President of Actuation Consulting, a world-class provider of product management advisory services and training courses to some of the nation’s most well known organizations. Mr. Geracie is the author of the global best seller Take Charge Product Management© and the Editor-in-Chief of The Guide to the Product Management and Marketing Body of Knowledge© (ProdBOK).
