With this advancement, users can not only mark their discussions and to-do lists as private, but will also be able to mark their notes as private. This would mean that only those individuals whom a user has added in a note, will be able to see the note, while those who have not been added in it will not be able to access it. A user can better control the participation of individuals in the notes through this improvised feature.

A user is entitled to add new messages as well as mark task list and notes as private. Apart from this, one can edit existing posts if the need to hide the posts arises.

Whatever is marked as private, can be legibly marked inside ProofHub and in the emails that a user and involved team members receive. This makes clear which individual is entitled to see what and any guesses about an individual’s accessibility have been totally done away with. Those individuals who are not added on private items, will not come to know what is happening in the discussions, to-do list, overview and dashboard. They would not be receiving any email reminders conveying information about the private items.
