Additionally, the company has invested in the future with a partnership with Software Escrow Services which ensures the protection of all clients in the future. OPTIMO signed up with Sepang International Circuit – the Malaysian F1 Motorsports track - earlier in the year to deliver a system to manage all bookings at the grounds. The site, based just outside Kuala Lumpur, handles many world-class races throughout the year (besides the F1 Grand Prix) plus aims to utilise their grounds on non-race days with OPTIMO. OPTIMO has plenty of experience with F1 Circuits as it counts four others as clients, including Silverstone. The most recent deal was with Dubai World Trade Centre, which signed up for the full package – Ticketing, Booking and CRM, to manage all business operations from court hire to online sales. OPTIMO created two customised webshops for DWTC as well as box office and corporate sales channels to sell to clients. All information is updated instantly into the centralised database, including CRM details, so that the organisers can extract it at a later date. In addition OPTIMO has taken part in two of the biggest British events so far this year: Royal Ascot and the Grand Prix at Silverstone! The software company has expanded its sales and marketing team to cope with increasing demand.
