OPTIMO software solutions delivers interactive, customisable event and venue layouts

CHISWICK, U.K. - June 25, 2013 - PRLog -- Event Organisers and Venue Managers can choose how they want to lay out and utilise their space or event with OPTIMO. Using inbuilt software, users can design and access an interactive seating chart, table plan or car park layout.

OPTIMO caters to multipurpose venues and multi-day events. Supporting Racecourses, Motorsports Circuits, Multipurpose Stadiums and Arenas, Dinner Cruises and Hospitality Providers, OPTIMO is designed to provide all the functionalities needed to run a business efficiently whilst streamlining processes.

With OPTIMO multiple configurations for each venue space can be created and pictures can also be uploaded. In addition each of the configurations can be adjusted. For example a concert hall will be expected to be filled to complete capacity during a music show, and the seats will all have various value attached to them depending on the location. But when the space is used for a conference the seats may all have the same value and they may only use a section of the entire space. OPTIMO allows users to make decisions based on practicality and profitability.

“You can imagine just how useful it is,” says Chief Solution Officer Deen Ossman,“using the software, clients can visualise what the end result is going to be. If they move a table from one spot to another, if they add one in or even remove one, they can tell what the implications are going to be on space and on revenue. They can also use this to decide where or what they are going to brand.”

This is also useful for booking purposes. If a package includes a seat in a designated area and a car park space, both can be specifically chosen using OPTIMO. This gives the user the ability to see availability and even discuss the placement with the customer. Interactive charts are handy to make changes as well, e.g. if a customer wants to upsell from a table for four to a table for six the user can see what is available instantly and choose the correct location.

It isn’t limited to staff members or event organisers either. Through the webshop (which OPTIMO can bespoke design) all interactive seating charts and table plans are also available for customers to use with ‘drag and drop’ functionality. Alex Alexander, Business Development Manager says, “The webshop gives customers more power over their event. They can use the seating charts to pick where they want to sit, car park layouts to choose where they will park their car, or even a table plan in a restaurant or at an event to decide where they will dine.” This activity is recorded and immediately updated into the centralised database, reducing duplication and increasing customer relations.

Deen adds, “This gives clients the ability to be flexible without compromising on time or revenue spent. It is also a great way of making the customer experience more interactive.”
