Online disappointments set to end

NEW YORK - July 17, 2013 - PRLog -- New research reveals that which most of us know anyway -  that sizing simply does not work for the online market.  Redshift Research found in their survey of UK consumers that 43% return clothing because it does not fit them.  Nevertheless, people are so keen to buy online that only 12% say that finding 'the right size' deters them completely.  According to Redshift, 61% of people are put off by this risk, but will still take the chance.  Sadly, 43% of these brave risk takers are disappointed.  It's clearly an issue.  

My own daughter ordered a ball dress online, in her standard size, yet when it arrived, the body was far too short for her lanky frame.  Tears ensued, as you can imagine, but all I could do was to think that, hey, this is just preparing her for a lifetime of such disappointments.
