Avance Care Advances Patient and Physician Communication with Healow™

Healow™ is a new patient engagement initiative aimed to improve communication channels between patients and physicians. The free mobile app directly connects patients to their own family patient health care records (PHRs), facilitating endless access to communication between patient and physician. In addition to linking patients to their PHRs, Healow™ allows patients to view and manage both their own medical records and those within their family. Healow™ also allows patients to send messages to Avance Care, request prescription refills and view lab results.
