Chelsea Rae Gregory Passes on Miss South Carolina United States Title
Chelsea Rae Gregory Passes on Miss South Carolina United States Title in Charlotte Tonight.
She was instrumental for getting over 500 gowns donated to their annual prom, a contribution of almost $50,000 if those dresses were to be purchased. She also supported other events for The Sandbox and delivered Thanksgiving meals to less fortunate in the Charlotte area.
Along with her service to The Sandbox, Chelsea has modeled in numerous fashion shows; visited Palmetto Children's Hospital several times; attended Victory Junction Gala for Kyle Petty's charity; appeared in the Charlotte Thanksgiving Day Parade and various Nascar events; appeared on Charlotte Today; rode in parades, emceed events, and made the most of her time as a queen promoting her state and the United States Pageant System.
Her most rewarding experience was competing in the Miss United States Pageant held in Washington, DC in July. There she was able to stand on the infield of a Washington Nationals Baseball Game, and appear at a Fourth of July Event in Pentagon City. The contestants were also featured in a fashion show during their week in Washington.
Chelsea will be continuing her education at Queens University working on a Masters degree in Communications. She is working as an independent contractor for various marketing and promotional event companies and will be most likely helping others in their pageant careers. Chelsea currently resides in Fort Mill, South Carolina and is 22 years old.
