EasyPREP AutoCHEM is a new instrument for sealed tube chemistry analysis. It performs fully automated sample preparation and analysis from the initial sample to the photometric analysis. AutoCHEM can routinely process COD and phosphate analysis following ISO and EPA protocols.

AutoCHEM consists of a 67 position sample and reagent vial racks, a unique capping/decapping/shaking module, a customized DigiPREP for sample digestion and a narrow bandwidth spectrophotometer for analysis.

Thanks to a barcode reader embedded in the spectrophotometer, specific chemistry operating conditions are automatically adjusted to the selected method. Turbidity is also monitored to track precipitates that might occur during the reaction. And, if ever a result is out of range, the output file will provide you with an estimated value.

Fully automated AutoCHEM provides for sample batches to be run during the day and overnight for maximum throughput. With EasyPREP AutoCHEM, your COD and Phosphate analyses are safe, accurate reproducible.
