Feb. 8, 2013 - PRLog -- Custom Contact, LLC has partnered with Professional Institute of Technology, Inc. (LV-PITA) to provide qualified and trained individuals to staff their Call Center.

The companies will be targeting Disadvantaged personnel, Disabled Veterans, and Workers with Barriers.

Custom Contact offers unique personalized service, technology competency and qualified agents to make a company’s campaign a huge success. With customer service being a key factor in the hospitality, entertainment and gaming industry, Custom Contact keeps in touch with clients, customers, guest and casino players on an immediate basis in their language providing multiple communication applications including SMS/Text, voice, email and web chat for solutions on a case-by-case situation.

Custom Contact is opening a call center in Las Vegas to provide custom Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) applications to the hospitality-entertainment-gaming industry and envisions providing upwards of 200-plus local jobs in Las Vegas.

LV-PITA is a Microsoft IT Academy and Nevada Post Secondary Approved school  that provides the highest quality training in the industry.  Since opening in June of 09, LV-PITA has successfully trained and certified over 1500 unemployed and disadvantaged students. The center also focuses on helping individuals with disabilities and is involved with agencies that help the disabled such as Bureau of Vocational Services and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Through this collaboration LV-PITA will provide qualified trained individuals to staff  the call centers thus continuing to make each students success a FIRST PRIORITY.

"We are excited about this collaborative and anticipate this project will have a positive impact for Nevada, in the form of employment and future opportunities", states Robin Cunningham, Business Development/ Sr. Education Consultant.

Part of the reason the two companies have decided to take on this project, is both are passionate about bringing jobs back home. Much of the call center business is now being outsourced overseas, and this has had a huge impact not just in Las Vegas, but across the nation. " It's just the right thing to do, claims Ed Crispell, Managing Partner of Custom Contact,  ‘It’s all about bringing the jobs back home’.

The companies anticipate having their first staffing (contact in place) by April 2013.
