New Business Outsourcing Solution Company Partners With IT School To Create 200+ Jobs In Las Vegas
Custom-Contact partners with Professional Institute of Technology, (LV-PITA) to provide innovative business outsourcing solutions towards the Hospitality, Gaming and entertainment industry with its new call center in Las Vegas Nevada.
The companies will be targeting Disadvantaged personnel, Disabled Veterans, and Workers with Barriers.
Custom Contact offers unique personalized service, technology competency and qualified agents to make a company’s campaign a huge success. With customer service being a key factor in the hospitality, entertainment and gaming industry, Custom Contact keeps in touch with clients, customers, guest and casino players on an immediate basis in their language providing multiple communication applications including SMS/Text, voice, email and web chat for solutions on a case-by-case situation.
Custom Contact is opening a call center in Las Vegas to provide custom Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) applications to the hospitality-
LV-PITA is a Microsoft IT Academy and Nevada Post Secondary Approved school that provides the highest quality training in the industry. Since opening in June of 09, LV-PITA has successfully trained and certified over 1500 unemployed and disadvantaged students. The center also focuses on helping individuals with disabilities and is involved with agencies that help the disabled such as Bureau of Vocational Services and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Through this collaboration LV-PITA will provide qualified trained individuals to staff the call centers thus continuing to make each students success a FIRST PRIORITY.
