iRiS to Launch Hotel Lobby App at Hostechexpo 2013 London

Jan. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- iRiS Software Systems, the award-winning, multi-lingual, interactive hospitality applications provider, will be attending the Hospitality Technology Expo at Earls Court, London, Feb.5-6, 2013. On display will be the company's impressive range of hotel guest service applications, including their multi-lingual iRiS Valet, the interactive guest services application that is taking the hotel world to the next level in customer engagement.

The company will have a dedicated team exhibiting their digital menu F&B Suite application that has been adopted by high quality hotels and restaurants, including the luxury Kempinski Hotels brand. The app has also recently been trialled by one of the world’s largest hotel companies, with results showing considerable increases in wine and beverages revenue per cover compared to the year before. High increases in wine revenue have been experienced consistently, with premium wines sales improving by up to 150% since adopting the iRiS Sommelier application.  

iRiS will be launching a new product to the market at the show, called iRiS Lobby. This is designed to present information about the hotel and the surrounding area , enabling the hotel to make instant updates and promotions. Guests can also source useful information such as local restaurants, attractions, and even print menus, maps and boarding cards.
