This IBR sheet roll forming machine was designed and built for one of our clients in Malawi of Africa where the most popular metal roofing profiles is IBR roofing profiles. Actually in African markets, the most common roofing profiles are IBR roofing sheets and corrugated roofing sheets, so some of customers in Africa prefer to order a double layer roll forming machine which can produce both IBR profile and corrugtated profile,but the large part likes IBR sheet roll forming machine and corrugated sheet roll forming machine seperately becasue 2 seperate roll forming machine can work at the same time.This IBR sheet roll forming machine mainly consists of of a manual uncoiler,feeding guide device,roll forming machine,hydraulic cutter,hydrauilc station and PLC control system.
