Geolux Introduces RSS-2-300 Radar Speed Sensor

Nov. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Geolux today announced the arrival of RSS-2-300 radar speed sensor. Geolux has been developing radar sensor modules to OEM customers since 2007, and this product is its first ready-to-go radar sensor module for the general use. RSS-2-300 is packed in a rugged IP66 aluminum casing, and can accept connections through RS-232, RS-485 and CAN communication interfaces.

"We have been designing radar sensors for our OEM partners during the last 5 years, and we wanted to leverage our expertise to develop a ready-to-go radar sensor module. In addition to standard radar sensor features, our radars include advanced phyTrack signal analysis algorith which precisely collects traffic data.", said Geolux CEO Dr. Sanja Grubesa.

Geolux RSS-2-300 radar module has been certified to comply to both European (CE) and American (FCC) norms, and it operates in industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
