Sofema Aviation Services completes SMS implementation training in Dubai
Sofema Aviation Services is pleased to announce the completion of Safety Management System Implementation Training for Small to Medium Companies.
SMS workshops are tailored specifically to the organization needs, whether in the operational, maintenance or integrated environments. Delegates understood that an effective SMS is an essential tool in raising the understanding that organizations face in assessing and managing risk.
The primary goal of the implementation Workshop was to focus on the understanding on the process of implementing an effective SMS within the delegates own company.
Whilst the workshop assumed an active understanding of the SMS requirements an in depth and continuous review was provided.
Delegates performed gap analysis and developed a company specific implementation action plan, In addition delegates received a word Safety Management System Manual (SMSM) template.
