IDSI was awarded contracts in both the small business lot and the full and open lot. The indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will enable IDSI to compete for task orders across all three Functional Areas (FA 1 – Analysis, Design, Evaluation; FA 2 – Development, Production, Implementation;
FA 3 – Sustainment)
, which when combined, encompass the entire Instructional Systems Development (IDS) process.
