Prior to joining CB&H, Poad served as a director in the SALT practice in two of the big four accounting firms. For more than five years, he was leader of indirect taxes at Alcoa, responsible for that company’s sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, employment tax, excise tax, unclaimed property, real and personal property tax for operations across North America. Poad earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
