24/7 EMT Monitoring: In the event of an emergency, the user presses the alarm button and is instantly connected to the SRC. The SRC is staffed 24/7/365 by certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) prepared for any medical emergency. EMTs are versatile and capable of translating any language to communicate with all clients in an emergency situation. The EMT dispatcher will remain on the phone until help arrives at the residence. The EMT also will call the emergency contact list provided by the resident.
