Widen Enterprises revamps website to better tell its DAM software and premedia story
Wisconsin-based digital media solutions company’s new site design is more intuitive, emphasizes engagement with brand

The Madison-based provider of premedia and digital asset management software services now has a more modern way to tell the story of its long history of innovation and customer satisfaction.
“This is a company with a lot of character. The Widen customer experience is completely defined by the people we have here — not just in customer service, but behind the scenes as well. As we look to grow the brand, we needed a better way to give people a look into that culture. We think we’ve accomplished that and more with this design,” said Nina Brakel-Schutt, who led the new website initiative.
The site now includes enhanced content on the company’s products and services, including more screenshots and easier access to information explaining the benefits of Widen’s premedia services, the process of implementing a DAM system, and more. It also shines more light on customer testimonials and employee profiles, with videos, polling results and other content.
“The site is important to the project services team because it gives visitors an opportunity to be educated, understand our terminology, and familiarize themselves with our company culture before deciding to work with us,” said Director of Project Services Lanita Haag. “As they investigate further on the site, they can learn about the staff and start to develop that friendly partnership that we have with our customers.”

And this is an excellent way to present to our internal people, as well as our customers and our prospects, how our business operates and what Widen is really all about,” said Brian Becker, VP of client development and quality control.
