Aug. 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Kelly Pekar is a New York City based actor/writer/teaching artist, originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Kelly has enjoyed working in variety of regional and New York theaters such as Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Marvell Repertory Theater, Forestburgh Playhouse, and at the Last Frontier Theatre Conference in Valdez, Alaska. Kelly has been the guest soprano soloist for The Boise Philharmonic and Cleveland Pops Orchestras, and had a wonderful time touring the U.S. as a vocalist with Cirque Dreams Holidaze, in 2010. Kelly holds a BFA Acting, from Wright State University’s Professional Actor Training Program, was a member of the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park Bruce E. Coyle Acting Company, and is a proud company member of Mainestage Shakespeare.

Favorite recent credits include Othello (Desdemona, Mainestage Shakespeare), The Drama Desk Nominated Off-Broadway Revival of The Threepenny Opera (Lucy Brown, Marvell Repertory Theater), and Cyrano (Roxanne, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park).

Chiara Klein is an actor/director/producer from Scarsdale, NY. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2010 where she received multiple awards including the Sudler Prize for the Arts, the highest arts honor. While at Dartmouth she co-founded the Dartmouth Rude Mechanicals, the college’s first student Shakespeare company and revived the latent musical theater group, The Harlequins. She has studied at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival. A few months after graduation in 2010 Chiara co-founded MaineStage Shakespeare, a regional summer Shakespeare festival in Kennebunk, ME where she currently serves as the Artistic Director and a company member. MaineStage completed its second season this year with well-received performances of Othello, As You Like It, and Love's Labours Lost.

Most recently, Chiara performed in and Assistant Directed the Drama Desk Nominated, Off-Broadway Revival of The ThreePenny Opera. Favorite acting credits include: Funny Girl (Fanny), The Rocky Horror Show (Magenta),The Wonder of the World (Lois), Romeo and Juliet (Nurse), The Comedy of Errors (Adriana), and Twelfth Night (Viola).

Martini Garden is a musical collaboration of Christine LoPiano on vocals, Jim LoPiano on guitar, Mike McBride on drums, Rich Cunningham on bass, Ed "Butchie" DiPaolo on harmonica, and Miriam Hubbard on background vocals. The group was formed in 2007 and performs an organic mix of blues, jazz, and rock music, described in the press as "Stevie Wonder meets the Eagles."
