Baltimore Fashion Week gears up for 2012 event with model call

May 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Baltimore, Maryland—The Baltimore Fashion Week team begins the second stage of production phases for the 2012 event with its final model call on June 16, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.

Every year, models in and around the DC-Maryland-Virginia metropolitan area attend the Baltimore Fashion Week model calls in hopes of walking in at least one designer showcase during the three day event. Designer showcases will range from haute couture to ready to wear at the Pikesville Hilton in Baltimore County August 17-19, 2012.

“The model call will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m.  All participants must bring a completed registration form and comp card, where available,” the Executive Producer stated. “Our Runway Coach Robert Mercer will be on site holding the reins with this call. We are looking for models with a marketable look and solid walk to showcase the work of our fabulous designers.  ”

The Baltimore Fashion Week FINAL model call will be held at the Forest Park Senior Center located at 4801 Liberty Heights Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21207.

Baltimore Fashion Week is the annual high fashion showcase celebrating the arts through fashion highlighting emerging and established local, national and international designers. The three day event will provide guests with “rack ready” fashions and a fashionable runway experience.
