Business Pillar Event a Success For Aurion Learning

May 18, 2012 - PRLog -- How to Deliver Effective Training with Shrinking Budgets was hosted by award-winning online learning solutions provider, Aurion Learning in conjunction with NI Chamber of Commerce, as part of their innovative Business Pillar series.

Speaking about the event, Dr. Maureen Murphy, Managing Director of Aurion Learning said:
“We all recognise that developing and maintaining high standards in education and training is in the interest of our staff and business. However learning and development professionals are faced with real challenges including:
- how to deliver effective learning and development with tight budgets;
- getting to grips with learning technologies;
- how to get learners to embrace online learning;
- how to deliver informal learning;
- how coaching and mentoring can be used for staff development; and  
- how to measure return on investment.

The purpose of our How to Deliver Effective Training with Shrinking Budgets event was to open a forum to discuss these issues, and to help those who have a remit for learning and development gain some inspiration about the best way to move forwards. Feedback from the event has been very positive with our guests telling us that the information provided was both helpful and informative.
