Save Britain Money acquire Veraco

May 10, 2012 - PRLog -- Swansea based Save Britain Money group have today announced the acquisition of Veraco, a leading provider of outsourced telesales with offices in Cardiff and Swansea, with job growth expected to follow.
Veraco employ around 150 staff in their telesales centres and are well regarded within the industry for the skill and experience of their staff, holding ISO 9001:200 for Quality Management Systems. Veraco specialise in both outbound and inbound telesales across a diverse range of campaigns and promotions, clients have included a major mobile network operator, financial services and insurances businesses.
Neville Wilshire, CEO of Save Britain Money, explained the reasons behind the acquisition of Veraco. “The rapid growth of our group has created an immediate need for additional high quality staff and equipped telesales centres; our purchase of Veraco fulfils both these needs. Purchasing the company will support the continued strategic growth of the Save Britain Money group and generate new opportunities for the staff and management of both companies.”

Save Britain Money have been in the news recently for rapid business growth and job creation at their Swansea Enterprise Park HQ, the group now employ over 1,000 staff. This growth has been spearheaded by outstanding results from SBM’s Nationwide Energy Services and We Claim U Gain companies.
Save Britain Money are retaining Veraco staff and providing them with the training they need to make an immediate impact on existing SBM campaigns, including reclaiming mis-sold PPI payments and arranging free loft and cavity wall insulation for households across the UK.
The Swansea based Veraco staff are relocating the short distance to the SBM offices at Matrix Park while the Cardiff staff will remain in their current location. But with Save Britain Money already planning to expand the Cardiff operation and create new jobs in the capital, the search will be on for larger premises.
