Technical Wizardry and Progressive Bliss Merge in Great New Metal Founder Brian Shields' Watch List

April 12, 2012 - PRLog -- SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA (GNM) -- From extreme tech death with soul to the soothing sounds of prog metal, Great New Metal Founder, President, CEO, and Authority Brian Shields is watching the growth of some of the world's best up and coming bands.

Great New Metal's founder is announcing the twelve bands who have earned a spot on his "Watch List."

"I'll be keeping an eye on these bands in the months to come, watching their progress both musically and on the business side, and hope to award my Seal of Approval to many of them in the future," Brian says.

As members of the Watch List, these bands will be the subject of feature stories and their fans will be encouraged to show their dedication and support by participating in our video contest. Bands on the Watch List will be first in line to become future winners of Brian’s Seal of Approval. That designation will earn them a full month of intensive daily coverage plus the ability to partner with our Signature Designers to create an exclusive licensed t-shirt that will earn them revenue.

Great New Metal invites fans of these bands to enter our video contest by making a YouTube video and posting it to the Great New Metal Facebook page.  Tell us why the whole world should know about your favorite Watch List band.  The bands with the most passionate fans will be featured in upcoming stories on Great New Metal and move up the list towards winning Seal of Approval status.
