Adams Homes' Elizabeth Porter named as New Home Design Trends panelist

Feb. 22, 2012 - PRLog -- The panel discussion and presentation will cover 2012 new home design trends, focusing on the topics of what potential buyers are looking for in community amenities, housing types, price points, buyer demographics, floor plan preferences and features, exterior elevation styles and best-selling floor plans as well as the latest national and local design trends in terms of floor plans for today’s buyer, National Consumer Preference Survey Results, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and other homebuyer data, innovative design ideas, architectural styles and interior details that matter.  

The panel features four Sales & Marketing Council representatives and four Design Council representatives as well as presentations on color trends, kitchen & bath trends, green trends, outdoor trends and financing trends.  Aldo Martin, President of the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando will make opening remarks and the event will be moderated by Randy Noles, Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando’s Associate Vice-President.

The event will take place Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 8:30-11:15 am at the Home Builder Association of Metro Orland’s Great Hall located at 544 Mayo Avenue in Maitland, Florida.

Elizabeth Porter is General Manager for Adams Homes in the Central Florida market.  She has been with Adams Homes since 2001, first being introduced to the company as a homebuyer in Brevard County.  During the construction process of her new home, she formed relationships with several members of the Adams Homes team and went on to join the company as a professional salesperson.  

Ten years later, she now oversees all sales, construction and administrative operations and is head-quartered in Orlando.   Elizabeth credits the success of Adams Homes today to the same reason she chose Adams Homes as a homebuyer, great personnel and great homes with easy purchase terms.

Elizabeth Porter holds a Real Estate Broker’s license with the State of Florida.  In addition, Elizabeth has obtained her e-PRO certification through the National Association of Realtors and her designation of Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) through the National Association of Home Builders.
