Peggy Blumenthal has been with IIE for 25 years and served as COO from 2005 to 2011. Before joining IIE, she focused on the development of US-China Exchanges at the National Committee on US-China Relations and the Asia Society’s China Council. Ms. Blumenthal holds a BA from Harvard University in Modern Chinese History and an MA in American Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Refreshments and Presentation Fee: $20.
