The Tracey Bell Clinic is delighted to reveal that they are shortlisted to win the prestigious Clinic of the Year award at the Professional Beauty Awards 2012. Dr Bell would like to extend thanks to the people of Liverpool for helping her determine her vision of reinvention and gives praise to the City she calls her 2nd home.
