3- Always carry 2 emergency snacks like an apple and low fat string cheese or homemade trail mix for those unexpected errand runs after work.

4- Workout with a buddy for accountability.

5- Have a clear picture in your mind of how great you are going to feel and look after the holidays having kept the weight off and use your New Year’s Resolution for something other than weight loss.
