ScreenConnect 2.3 Enhances Existing Feature Set, Includes Role-Based Security

Latest release builds upon existing features and includes new security controls for further functionality

ScreenConnect is a self-hosted remote support solution that provides the capability to access and control computers or servers remotely. The 2.3 release extends functionality to include a variety of new features, including role-based security, that align the product development with the needs of its users.

ScreenConnect 2.3 was developed to complement and extend the existing features, providing a more comprehensive and complete solution without sacrificing ease of use or the capabilities of the software. One of the main additions is the role-based security that allows administrators to establish granular access to the software’s features. Administrators can now define what sessions users can see, which user groups can create or end sessions, which user groups can delete session notes, and much more.
