Oct. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- A recent survey by the Institute of Leadership & Management showed the UK's bosses are prioritising profits over principles. In fact, more than half of Britain's workforce think their employer puts financial goals above every ethical consideration in the book. Why then, with the country's unemployment currently at its highest in almost two decades, are so many people looking to change jobs?

According to research from recruitment giant Hays, two-thirds of British workers would take the first decent offer that came their way. The answer is simply that people performance management has been forgotten by far too many, for far too long. When it comes to market performance, recent years have brought few highs and too many lows across practically every industry.
