Announcement: FALDP Webinar - Orientation for Online Courses - Sat. 10/22; 11:00 a.m. EST

Oct. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- The Florida Association of Legal Document Preparers, http://www.faldp.org , an industry leader, announces the release of its long awaited online courses. Registration for the first two courses -- "Intro to Florida Legal Document Preparation"; and "Preparing Florida Divorce Documents" -- will begin immediately following the Orientation Webinar on Saturday 10/22 @ 11:00 a.m.EST.

The "Intro" course focuses on compliance, business skills, and customer care. This foundation course is a prerequisite or co-requisite to the online course - "Preparing Florida Divorce Documents" - for people who do not have prior experience preparing family law documents in Florida.

FALDP's courses are designed for lay practitioners who have background or interest in preparing Florida family law documents for pro se litigants. Since family law is very state specific experienced legal document preparers relocating to Florida from other states will learn about the forms and laws specific to Florida. People who have no experience will benefit by gaining the fundamental knowledge to start a new business.

These courses also benefit experienced Florida legal document preparers who are not familiar with family law documents, and want to expand their services. "Preparing Florida Divorce Documents" is based on Florida Supreme Court approved forms designed for pro se litigants.

FALDP plans to release additional courses soon. Including:  Adoptions & Custody; Modifications of Child Support and Visitation; and Become a Bankruptcy Petition Preparer - Chapter 7.
