Stouch Lighting Will Be Upgrading Upper Chichester's Recreation Center with New LED Light Fixtures

Aug. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Upper Chichester, PA (August 24, 2011) – Stouch Lighting released today that Upper Chichester Township, Delaware County, PA, will be replacing the recreational building’s lighting with new LED light fixtures. Stouch Lighting will be supplying, installing and retrofitting the existing fixtures to a more energy-efficient light source. Once the new LED fixtures are installed, Upper Chichester will see over a 70% savings in energy usage.
“We are highly anticipating these new LED lights in our recreation center,” Township Manager Judy Lizza said. The lights are going to drastically reduce energy and maintenance costs in Upper Chichester, which we are very excited about. I am sure the residents and guests who use the rec center are going to love the upgraded lighting as well.”
Upper Chichester was able to fund this project after receiving the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program (EECBG) which was provided by the American Recovery Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Stouch Lighting will be retrofitting and replacing the Highbay 400 watt Metal Halide fixtures with new 143 watt Highbay LED fixtures.
