XTRF™ to introduce new CRM module

Aug. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- XTRF™ is a comprehensive system that supports the operation of translation companies and corporate departments in all aspects of their activity, including production, subcontractor management, administration, and accounting. The expanded module Customer Relationship Management, offering assistance to sales and customer service departments, is a new functionality.


The new CRM module has been designed based on the best solutions presently available in the market, and is tailor-made to the specific needs of the translation sector. XTRF™ users have obtained a tool that is totally integrated with the operation of the production department. Thanks to this, there is no need for any further expenditure to purchase CRM software. The built-in email customer facilitates the organisation and effective targeting of marketing campaigns. The integrated CRM module, available in the customer’s profile, provides for instant planning and registering of sales activities. The user can create notes, customer conversation memos, plan meetings, or write emails directly in the system.
