PRLog -- Spyros G. Alexandris is a founding partner and attorney with Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners, one of the leading law firms in Greece, which is member of the World Law Group. Spyros’ practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate law, economic criminal law, intellectual property law, and dispute management. He is a material supervisor of the legal journal, Commercial Law Survey, published by the Macedonian Commercial Law Association, a member of the editing committee of the legal journal, Nomiko Vima (NoB), published by the Athens Bar Association, and a member of the law drafting committee for the preparation of the draft of a new commercial code. In addition, Spyros is member of the BoD and special secretary of the Association of Greek Commercialists. He has authored more than fifty publications which appear in numerous prestigious legal journals. Highly regarded by colleagues for his dedication and wealth of knowledge, he attributes his success to commitment, perseverance, and a firm educational foundation. Spyros earned a Bachelor of Laws degree and a master's degree in commercial law from Aristoteleio University of Thessaloniki. He was admitted to practice before the Athens Court of First Instance in 1983, the Athens Court of Appeal in 1988, and the Supreme Court of Greece in 1993. Spyros complements this extraordinary resume with an inspiring agenda of altruistic projects and through support of several organizations that benefit education and the community.
