Wild Thing Adventure Challenge 10k Run / Assault Course / Mud & Water

July 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Mens Fitness Adventure Race of the Year for 2011, the 10k Wild Thing Adventure Race will be a survival of the fittest, a physically and mentally challenging, adrenaline fueled 10K cross country trail run with over thirty obstacles designed to take you out of your comfort zone.

The Wild Thing 10k is located at Wild Park, an amazing location, set in a picturesque valley on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park. The area has undulating hills, wooded areas and plenty of water and mud to wade through.  The location is perfect for a 10k adventure race and trail run.!

The Wild Thing 10k Adventure Challenge will be held on Sunday 25th September at Wild Park, Brailsford, Derbyshire, ideally located in the very centre of the Midlands perfectly accessed for runners from all over the UK.  You can find the location details on the aaa-adventure web site http://www.aaa-adventure.co.uk

Following the outstanding success of this year’s other 10k aaa-adventure races Mad Monk 10k and Water Wipeout 10k, the Wild Thing Adventure Challenge is shaping up to be the busiest and toughest race event this year.  So if you are tough guy and tough enough to run 10k with 32 obstacles, if you think you can win in the survival of the fittest then you can enter online on the aaa-adventure site at
