Douglas Jimerson and Civil War Comrades Perform at Arlington House, Arlington Cemetery, July 4, 2011

Douglas Jimerson and the Civil War Comrades will sing and perform songs of the 19th century at Arlington House, Arlington Cemetery, VA on Monday, July 4, 2011 from 6:30 until 10:00 PM. This July 4th celebration benefits Save Historic Arlington House.
 
July 4, 2011 - PRLog -- This Independence Day, there will be very special festivities at the historic home of George Washington Parke Custis and Robert E. Lee. This program benefits Save Historic Arlington House, which is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the restoration, preservation, and advancement of research and educational activities related to Arlington House. Douglas Jimerson is renowned for his performances and vocal interpretation of music of 19th century America. From the Kennedy Center to Carnegie Hall, Jimerson has received rave reviews. The Civil War Comrades perform American patriotic and folk music as an enxemble in the National Parks and at historic sites.
