Douglas Jimerson performs American patriotic and folk music in the National Parks and at historic sites throughout the mid-Atlantic. Come hear favorite songs of the Civil War in this remarkable historical setting--a well-preserved historical Quaker village. Look for Mr. Jimerson at the Corner Store in the center of the village. Children love to participate in the singing, clapping and foot stomping! Stephen Foster songs are a special favorite. There will be activities for the children and excellent food options. Many also come for the outstanding artisan vendors. Civil War and Revolutionary War reenactors make the event especially exciting. Paid admission at the entrance or online includes ample parking.
