Bougie Magazine Presents "Dressing Evolution" Designer Contest

June 17, 2011 - PRLog -- The Dressing Evolution Competition seeks and supports a community of up-and-coming & undiscovered talent in the field of fashion design. The mission of the competition is to offer a platform for designers living in US to showcase their talent.


The judges for Dressing Evolution have started looking through the designs sent in by talented designers and fashion students alike, but there is still time to take part. You don’t need any previous experience – just a great idea!

The Evolution is a fashion and beauty event that promotes sisterhood and growth. The event will feature makeovers and photo shoots set against the backdrop of the magnificent Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan. Our Evolution team includes designers, stylists and photographers from Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles. We will have over 25 vendors from the health, beauty and fashion industries who will provide consultations, demonstrations and information to promote a positive, healthy and beautiful lifestyle. Guests will enjoy live music, refreshments and the festive Navy Pier ambiance. The celebrity event host will be announced on July 1. The highlight of the evening will be the unveiling of Bougie Magazine.
