For making everyday or life-changing choices

• Do you have the confidence to make the choices you wish to make? • Do you feel equipped to achieve your dreams and aspirations? • Are you able to tap your full potential to live a happy and satisfying life?

June 7, 2011 - PRLog -- A MATTER OF CHOICE will help answer these questions.  Making a choice is about deciding between a number of possibilities; picking from a variety of options; selecting a preference. We encounter situations where we have to make choices every day of our lives.  Unlike other self help books, A MATTER OF CHOICE will not dictate what to do – merely give the range of information and tools that’s needed to make a choice effectively.

This book is a companion to help anyone make the right choices, at the right time,
whether they are ordinary choices or those which will determine your future. Through examples and stories from real people, experienced coaches Dena Michelli and Julie Simpson reveal the dynamics of making choices and the factors that can lead to making the right decisions for your particular circumstances. Applying this framework for making choices will help improve your relationships and home life. Making the right choices will lead to a more fulfilling and prosperous future.

• A highly accessible and practical guide to the intricacies and dynamics
of choice-making.
• Real life case-studies of how certain choices were made and their consequences.
• Contains ideas, tips and techniques for approaching and making choices, including a final chapter breaking down in detail the dynamics of different choices.

Humans are vibrant beings made up of fragile and delicate psychological systems that ensure any sense of permanence is an illusion. As a result, we need to review

our position constantly and check that we are on the path that is most conducive to our sense of achievement and happiness.  A MATTER OF CHOICE will help us to tune into the fine rhythms of our lives, despite any inherent fear of change, and have the courage of our convictions to become well informed choice makers and get the most out of ourselves and our lives.

The Authors:
Dena Michelli has pursued a three-pronged career.  She began her professional life as a mechanical engineer before moving into a business development role for a prominent university business school.   Preferring to be in the heart of the learning arena, she completed her PhD on transformative learning and now facilitates personal growth as an international executive coach and writer.  Dena makes medieval style stained glass windows to refresh her creativity – mainly for friends and family.  Dena lives in North London.

Julie Simpson’s career has been through several iterations.  She started her working life at a well-known clothing retail store where she took responsibility for growing the talent of people in the organisation.   She built on these skills in a consulting role whilst training to be a person-centred therapist using Rogerian principles.  These formed the backbone of her coaching practice, which she has developed in the international arena, travelling widely and working with senior leaders.  Julie has a passion and skill for natural horsemanship and puts this to use with her three horses.  She lives near Cambridge.

We all have to make choices every day – this book ensures you make the right ones each time.
