Molly’s Deli Restaurant In Temple Texas Announces Big Changes

April 26, 2011 - PRLog -- According to Dave Forrester, who is the new owner of Molly’s Deli in downtown Temple Texas, the deli that’s been part of Temple lore since 1986 is going to be making some big upgrades.

Since Molly’s Deli has only ever relied on a prep area to prepare its food one of the major changes is going to be the addition of a true full-service kitchen area. This will include, among other things, ovens, grills and fryers.

In addition to the brand new kitchen area that will take the place of the prep area Molly’s Deli plans to start offering extending evening hours 7 days a week and hungry customers will be able to get their old fashioned breakfast service on Saturdays and Sundays too.

The owner of Molly’s Deli, Dave Forrester announced the introduction of a new menu along with more choices. Here are a few items you’ll see on the new and updated menu:

•   N’awlins Italian Sub
•   Veggin’ Out
•   Dip de Moo Moo

Dave likes to ad his version of “funk” to the menu so long time customers will be sure to see the changes in the menu.

One of the stalwarts of Molly’s Deli is their Molly Brown Bag. It’s a perfect solution for catering large events, or even small meetings, and can be picked up or delivered. The Molly Brown Bag includes a 1 meat – 1 cheese made to order sandwich piled high with all the fixings, chips, fruit, iced tea and their “Practically World Famous” Molly Brownie.
Plus, the Molly Brown Bag is now available featuring a new bread option – sourdough.
