Get Fit Guaranteed Expansion Brings Large Group Training, BodyCombat and More to Modesto

April 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Modesto, CA. Get Fit Guaranteed announces the opening of its new Get Fit Inspiration Studio at 2801 McHenry Avenue, Modesto, CA. The Grand Opening Celebration will be held on Saturday, April 9th.  The public is invited to participate in free classes from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Scheduled classes include Zumba, BodyCombat, TRX BodyBlast, Yoga, and ZumbAtomic - a Zumba class designed for children ages 4-12.

Instructors will include modifications during the free classes, allowing anyone from beginners through advanced to participate.

Get Fit Guaranteed will be offering a Special Saturday-Only Discount to Grand Opening guests. Vendor displays will highlight products and services from other local businesses. All guests will also be entered to win one of the many door prizes to be given away.

The Inspiration Studio, located at 2801 McHenry Avenue (in the former Mervyns shopping center), will be Get Fit Guarantee’s second Modesto location. “Our current studio has been bursting at the seams for several months,” says owner Erica Hughes. “This new location is perfect for expanding our community-driven, family-style workouts. We’re creating something completely new and different here. This is not just about hosting classes - this is about inspiring people mentally.”

The May 2010 issue of Mens Health listed Modesto, CA as one of the 10 fattest cities in America, and “we are excited to be helping to transform this city from the fattest in the nation, to the healthiest.” She has contracted to bring large-scale, fun classes that are new to the area and will help people have fun and get healthy. One example is Les Mills BodyCombat. With a mix of martial arts styles meant to be accessible to the beginner and challenging to advanced students, BodyCombat students will be inspired to "Unleash their inner warrior."

The Get Fit Inspiration Studio’s full class schedule will start April 11th and include weekly nutrition and motivation classes as part of their offerings. Watch for upcoming announcements as new classes are added.

The original Get Fit Guaranteed Training Studio at 3440 McHenry Avenue, Suite C-2 will continue to provide small group and individual personal training classes.
