Stryker Suzhou manufactures instruments used in orthopedic-implant surgeries and plans to supply all of Stryker’s divisions. Stryker Suzhou had a complex manufacturing environment operating at full capacity, and needed an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to accelerate production and support its growth strategy.
