STAR Business Consulting Announces Sales Plus: Sales Hiring and On Boarding Program

We created this program to help companies grow their top line faster.”  

Various industry reports suggest that at anyone time, one third of people in sales positions are considering leaving the sales profession; one third are sales and performing somewhere between good and great and one third are just starting out. “When companies spend the kind of money they do to hire sales people and they are not effective, it impacts everyone from prospects to clients to internal company personnel who must deal with the fallout. The opportunity cost of sales people being hired into the wrong company with the wrong skills adds up quickly,” says Keller.
