Columbus, Ohio March 21, 2011 – The desire for employment in Central Ohio reaches a new tipping point, according to Old Oaks resident making a difference in local start ups.

March 22, 2011 - PRLog -- He says, “When there is an opportunity to help an individual who is starting out in a world I am passionate about.  I am the first person there to offer my help”.  

38 year old Paul Fogarty has been working in the culinary world since the age of 14.  He has been a Central Ohio resident and a business owner for ten years.  Being classically trained in multiple areas is of a great benefit to his community.  

"Knowing that a customer’s satisfaction is the most important part of the service industry.  It appears that not every business owner has the same view”.  Cutting corners is not an option when it comes to quality”, says Mr. Fogarty. Not cutting corners and doing things properly makes a better product. That gives my customers confidence and sales go up."

In recent months the number of small businesses on the near east side of Columbus, Ohio specifically Olde town east, has increased.  Mr. Fogarty has participated in potentially bringing their quality and level of service to a heightened level of awareness.  To be certain some will maintain a higher end level of service and others will not.  Only time will tell.  “The potential for our community to reach the prosperous levels of years past are evident.  We simply need those that are willing to do the right things to make it happen”.

Mr. Fogarty believes that only using stable local supplies is the key to our community’s economy and sustainability.  Only using non modified foods in a clean and honest manner to stimulate the palate health and awareness of his clients is why people want to buy his product.

Paul Fogarty continues to be a private Chef and will branch out to offer his quality foods and services to a wider audience within the coming months in Columbus, Ohio, NYC and the Hamptons.
