IEI Launches Mini-ITX SBC with Intel® Atom™ D425/D525 Processor & High-Quality Display Interface

March 3, 2011 - PRLog -- IEI Technology Corp. (IEI), the global industrial PC innovator, released two new SBCs featuring high graphics performance, the KINO-PVN-D4251/D5251 and the KINO-PV-D4252/D5252.  The series is a Mini-ITX form factor Single Board Computer (SBC) with Intel® Atom™ D425/D525 processor and DDR3 support.  The Intel® Atom™ D425/D525 processor series integrates a graphics processing unit and a memory controller supporting 800 MHz DDR3 SO-DIMMs.  Its increased processor speed of 1.8 GHz is specifically designed for affordable, entry level computing.  Other key features include dual PCIe GbE with ASF 2.0 support, UEFI BIOS architecture, and over 2.2 TB HDD storage on a 64-bit operating system.

KINO-PVN-D4251/D5251
The KINO-PVN-D4251/D5251 is a Mini-ITX form factor SBC with Intel® Atom™ D425/D525 processor.  It includes a superior graphics engine, the Nvidia GT218-ION, which features an HDMI interface supporting 1080p resolution and a dual-link DVI-I interface supporting resolution up to 2560x1600.  The KINO-PVN-D4251/D5251 provides dual independent display support through a combination of VGA port, dual-link DVI-I interface, and HDMI port by Nvidia graphics engine.  In addition, two DDR3 800MHz SO-DIMM expansion slots support a maximum of 4 GB memory.  The KINO-PVN-D4251/D5251 comes with complete I/O options including eight USB 2.0 ports, two SATA 3Gb/s ports, one CF Type II card slot, one LPT port, four COM ports and one audio port.

KINO-PV-D4252/D5252
The KINO-PV-D4252/D5252 is a Mini-ITX form factor SBC with Intel® Atom™ D425/D525 processor with dual LVDS interface.  High-quality dual display support is provided through 24-bit dual channel LVDS ports for a maximum resolution of 1920x1080.  The KINO-PV-D4252/D5252 supports an 800MHz DDR3 SO-DIMM socket for a maximum of 4 GB memory.  The KINO-PV-D4252/D5252 comes with complete I/O options including eight USB 2.0 ports, two SATA 3Gb/s ports, one CF Type II card slot, six COM ports and one audio port.
