He has significant experience litigating business disputes before state, federal and appellate courts and in various arbitration forums. Vaughn has also defended and prosecuted cases involving claims of securities and common law fraud, unfair competition/ Vaughn received his J.D. from Santa Clara University and his bachelor of arts degree, with highest honors, from California State University at Fullerton. He is admitted to practice in California and Tennessee; before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; and the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Southern and Central Districts of California.
