Feb. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- When in Rome, do as the Romans do, in this case it is spending the evening to benefit the children of Stafford Township as it raises funds for the Innovative Educator Grant program  and endowment headed by the Stafford Township Education Foundation. Each year a cross section of the community comes together to raise money by earning tips from their tables as they serve and entertain patrons for the evening. The event is co chaired by Lori Wyrsch and Lori Chase Ruff both board members of the foundation who are working closely with STEF Executive Director Thomas Stephens to ensure a night of revelry never seen this side of the Rubicon.

This year the Stafford Avenue Fire House will be transformed into an Emperor's banquet filled with entertainment, cash and prize raffles, drink specials such as the Greek Goddess, Pink Toga, Naked Roman Shot and Toga Tini, topped off of course with delicous Italian and Mediterran food such as mini lamb sliders, mediterean pizza, shrimp with herbs, stuffed artichokes, eggplant, stuffed pork with cheese and roasted peppers, penne with tomatoes, roast beef, lemon chicken, salads, and a dessert Vienese Table catered by Marchioni’s of Barnegat

The Forum Staff for the evening will be: Kenneth Costigan, Ocean Acres Elementary, Stephanie Danziger, STEF Childcare Services/Oxycocus School, Michael Dunlea, Ocean Acres Elementary, Joseph Giberson, Stafford Twp Police Dept, Christine Greenblatt-Murphy, Ocean Acres Elementary, James “Jim” Moran, Township of Stafford, Kelly Reese, McKinley Avenue Elementary, Lori Chase Ruff, Ocean Acres Elementary, Joseph Sauer, Stafford Twp Board of Education, Jennifer Tedeschi, STEF Childcare Services/Oxycocus School and Lori Pepenella of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce..
