Darryl Laws of Jermyn Street Capital Partners Completes a $650,000 Bridge Loan to ITIQ Solutions

Feb. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- LA JOLLA, CA – Jermyn Street Capital Partners, LLC. (JSCP) today announced that it has completed an eighteen month term, $650,000 collateralized convertible preferred non subordinated senior debt bridge loan (the “Loan”) to ITIQ Solutions Inc. (ITIQ).  The funds are to be used as general working capital to facilitate the Company’s robust growth.

In 2010, JSCP originated and funded:  eight (8) bridge loan transactions for Ayers Rock Capital’s family office, arranged the $50 million sale of sixty-seven Burger King restaurants and funded a ten-megawatt waste to energy project in Florida.
