Bill and Lacarya have each been instrumental in developing our advisory capabilities to date, and we are very pleased that each of these fine men are leading these significant initiatives for our partners and clients.” Mr. Troff joined Jermyn Street Capital Partners, LLC in January 2010 and has over thirty years of experience serving restaurant chains nationally. He previously held senior roles at Oxford Corporate Finance, specializing in working with private equity firms to facilitate sell-side assignments specialized in family owned restaurant chains. He served five years as the Director of Business Development of a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm serving the restaurant industry and spent over twenty years as owner of Restaurant Recruiters of America, Inc., a national recruiting firm where he handled assignments for nearly all of the major restaurant companies in the U.S. as well as assignments internationally. Since receiving his MBA from The University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, Mr. Scott has work in the Corporate Finance / Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Invitrogen Corporation, a Carlsbad, California headquartered corporation and the healthcare investment group at Caxton Associates based in NYC. During his tenure at Invitrogen, he has been involved in company valuation and corporate financial modeling for as many as eight acquisitions over two years starting in July 2004 costing in excess of $570,000,000.
