Students Return to the After School Program After a Long Holiday Season.

The J.C. Coleman Foundation is ready to get back to business after enjoying the long break during the Christmas and New Year vacation.

Jan. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Tuesday, January 04, 2011 will be the first day the Savannah/Chatham County students have been in a classroom since December 17th.  The staff at The J.C. Coleman Foundation is looking forward to the New Year and everything it has to offer.  The free after school program will resume as usual Monday through Friday, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

With the help of grants, we hope to implement new activities and field trips and buy new materials that will ultimately make our program more beneficial for everyone involved.  We also hope to be able to help more students this way.  We are currently thinking of more ideas and materials we could use to help us achieve this goal.

We hope to see all of our students continue to join us in our mission to keep the grades of our students high in both the area of homework and test scores.  As the year continues, The J.C. Coleman Foundation, Inc. will be looking forward  to constantly improving our program and making it as beneficial as possible.
