NWP’s ePay Clients Gain Efficiencies through Integration with VaultWare™ Online Application

The integration allows NWP’s Resident ePay to electronically process payments for security deposits and rental application fees within the VaultWare online rental application.

Through the new integration, prospective renters using VaultWare’s online reservation system can pay security deposits online (once pre-qualified) by check or using a credit or debit card* (*must have a MasterCard® or Visa® logo). The new feature improves the rate at which prospective renters are converted to residents; the process of qualifying for an apartment and paying the necessary fees can now be completed remotely or in-person with payments electronically deposited into the community’s bank account. The result is a greater convenience and productivity for community managers and a seamless transaction for their prospective renters.
